[ES] Se realizó una revisión sistemática para conocer el efecto de los recursos positivos personales de mujeres con cáncer de mama en el afrontamiento de su enfermedad. Los términos de búsqueda fueron: afecto positivo, esperanza, flexibilidad psicológica, inteligencia emocional y personalidad resistente, en las bases de datos PsycInfo, Web of Science y Medline bajo la metodología PRISMA. Resultaron incluidos 29 artículos. Se concluyó que: calidad de vida, manejo de la enfermedad y distrés pueden mejorarse con altos valores de esperanza, flexibilidad psicológica e inteligencia emocional; afecto positivo como moderador en la respuesta inflamatoria normal, mediador de la actividad física y relacionado con bienestar general; esperanza como mediador de estilos de afrontamiento, moderador en el afecto positivo y clave para la autoestima corporal; personalidad resistente como moderador en la esperanza, predictor del crecimiento post-traumático y asociada al optimismo y depresión; y, necesidad de estudios longitudinales para mayor compresión de estas variables positivas.
[EN] A systematic review was carried out to determine the effect of the positive personal resources of women with breast cancer in coping with their disease. The search terms were: positive affect, hope, psychological flexibility, emotional intelligence and hardiness, in the PsycInfo, Web of Science and Medline databases under the PRISMA methodology. 29 articles were included. It was concluded that: quality of life, disease management and distress can be improved with high levels of hope, psychological flexibility and emotional intelligence; positive affect as a moderator in the normal inflammatory response, mediator of physical activity and related to general well-being; hope as a mediator of coping styles, moderator of positive affect and a key resource to body self-esteem; resistant personality as a moderator of hope, predictor of post-traumatic growth and associated with optimism and depression; and, the need for longitudinal studies to better understand these positive variables.
