Nuevas tendencias en organización del trabajo

Abstract

[ES] En el trabajo se abordan las nuevas tendencias en organización del trabajo desde una perspectiva histórica, así como estudiando la evolución de los diferentes modelos establecidos a partir de los avances tecnológicos y sociales (resaltando los equipos de alto rendimiento). Se ha realizado desde una perspectiva funcional través de un análisis multicriterio, valorando la efectividad de las organizaciones actuales, los parámetros, metodologías y herramientas de valoración de efectividad de los propios equipos de alto rendimiento y las posibilidades de gestión de estos tipos de equipos.[EN] In this present project, the new tendencies in work organization are approached from a historical perspective, as well as studying the evolution of the different models established from the technological and social advancs (highlighting the high performance teams). It has been carried out from a functional perspective through a multi-criteria analysis, assessing the effectiveness of current organizations, the parameters, methodologies and tools for assessing the effectiveness of the high perfonmance teams themselves and the management possibilities of these types of equipment.
