Resumen
[ES] Hoy en día las marcas son un elemento muy importante en el mercado puesto que sirven
para diferenciar distintos productos y servicios en el mercado. El objetivo del presente
trabajo es centrarse en el estudio del Derecho de Marcas a nivel nacional y comunitario,
concretamente, en un análisis del derecho de Marcas estatal, su europeización
comunitaria y su respectiva adaptación a la constante evolución. Mi propósito es
realizar un análisis sobre la nueva regulación adoptada, la cual entrará en vigor este año,
comparando así, las nuevas modificaciones respecto a la anterior, desarrollando los
objetivos fundamentales de la reforma y la manera de reforzar e impulsar la innovación
en este campo. Haré referencia también a la relación existente entre anuncios-marca en
las redes sociales, mostrando la gran influencia y existente hoy en día.
[EN] Today, the brands are one very important element in the markets because their function is differentiating various products and services in the markets. The main objective of this paper is focusing on the study at national and comunitary level the Brands Law. Particularly by making an analysis of it adaptation and evolution of the legal regulation. My porpoise is make a comparison between the new changes in the law with the old acts. The new regulation which will come into effect this year. I will explain the main objectives of the new acts which aims to reinforce and promote the innovation into this law field. I will also make a relationship brands-ads in the social networks which results in a great influence in the society.
