The present work would highlight the conciliation of work and family of immigrant women, as well as show how from the discipline of social work a more effective work-life balance can be achieved through co-responsibility and its visibility. For this reason, an intervention project has been carried out in which it is intended to make society aware of the reality that these people face throughout their lives. Furthermore, it is shown in the analysis the causes and consequences of the migratory process for women. Likewise, the problem is visualized in their insertion into the labor market since they are normally exposed to precarious jobs directed, mainly, to care work generally performed by women at the duty station households
