Resumen
Debido a que la violencia de género trae consigo numerosas consecuencias que degradan la salud mental, fisica y social de la mujer, este trabajo de fin de Grado se va a centrar en el Trastorno de Estrés Postraumatico por ser uno de los mas representativos y prevalentes junto a la depresi6n, con el fin de hacer una revision de los instrumentos necesarios para su evaluaci6n. Una adecuada evaluaciédn permitira un diagndéstico satisfactorio para una posterior intervencién temprana y tratamiento. En este trabajo se han elegido diversas escalas e inventarios adaptados a la comunidad hispanohablante que cumplen con los criterios DSM-IV-TR y DSM-V con propiedades psicométricas satisfactorias. Para ello es necesario conocer las ventajas, desventajas de su utilizacién y parametros psicométricos como la fiabilidad y la validez.
Due to the fact that gender violence carries out many consequences which degrade women mentally, physically and socially, this end of degree project will focus on Post-traumatic Disorder for being one of the most representatives and prevalent along with depression, with the aim of doing a revision of the necessary tools for its evaluation. An accurate evaluation will allow a satisfying diagnosis for a posterior early intervention and treatment. In this project, it’s been chosen diverse ranges and inventories that have been adapted to the Spanish-speaking community that fulfill the DSM-IV-TR and DSM-V criteria with satisfying psychometric properties. For that purpose it’s necessary to know the advantages, disadvantages of its application as well as the psychometric parameters such as the reliability and validity.
