[ES] El proceso sobre la filiación, paternidad, y maternidad es uno de los cuatro procesos especiales referidos a las personas que regula la LEC. Las acciones de filiación tienen como objetivo determinar o impugnar la maternidad o paternidad. Por otro lado, la impugnación de la filiación es cuando una persona acredita que no es el progenitor de otra. La filiación la podrá impugnar los hijos respecto de sus padres, o al contrario. En la impugnación de la filiación es muy importante los plazos establecidos por la Ley para impugnarla que es de un año desde que está inscrita la filiación en el registro civil.
