Continuous progress on the operation of this, as well as some concepts that establish a connection with it and the health emergency situation experienced, highlights its teaching to achieve scientific literacy in students. The teaching-learning process presents obstacles that are intended to be faced with the development of new methodological tools. In this work, a didactic proposal is developed for the students of 3rd Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) of Biology and Geology to address curricular contents that are grouped in the Didactic Unit “Health and disease. Immune system, vaccination, donation and transplants ”. Thanks to the use of methodologies such as the flipped classroom or gamification, among others, it is intended to achieve the key competences that are included in the current legislation.
