Resumen
[ES] En la actualidad, la creación de una empresa supone un gran reto para los emprendedores. Por este motivo se lleva a cabo un análisis de viabilidad económica-financiera de una empresa de prendas de vestir llamada LIPA, S.L. Además se han estudiado los factores que influyen en el entorno de una empresa a través de un análisis DAFO con el objetivo de detectar tanto las amenazas-debilidades y poder corregirlas, como las oportunidades-fortalezas para potenciarlas. La distribución de los productos que se ofertan se llevará a cabo principalmente a través de la página web de la empresa, ya que es un medio de distribución asequible con unos costes relativamente bajos. Tras realizar estos estudios se ha llegado a la conclusión de que la empresa a medio y largo plazo es viable económicamente y financieramente. Por este motivo es posible que en un futuro cercano se lleve a cabo la constitución de la empresa.
[EN] Currently, the creation of a company is a great challenge for entrepreneurs. For this reason an economic-financial viability analysis of a garment company called LIPA, S.L. is carried out. In addition, the factors that influence the environment of a company have been studied through a SWOT analysis with the aim of detecting both the threats-weaknesses and correcting them, as well as the opportunities-strengths to enhance them. The distribution of the products that are offered will be carried out mainly through the website of the company, since it is an affordable distribution medium with relatively low cost. After conducing these studies it has been concluded that the company in the medium and long term is economically and financially viable. For this reason it is possible that in the near future the incorporation of the company takes place
