[EN]The aim of this paper is to assess the level of knowledge about nutrition and physical activity among infant school teachers, and subsequently to propose a practical application for students in the second stage of infant education. To this end, six infant school teachers were interviewed using five questions. The results showed a lack of knowledge with respect to the healthy eating pyramid and the development of motor skills circuits. A practical application is proposed using a didactic unit which is based on a giant board game for knowledge about healthy living. This type of proposal is very useful for infant school children.
