La motivación como factor decisivo en la práctica de actividad física escolar

Resumen
El presente trabajo ha pretendido definir claramente que es la motivación. Hemos desarrollado una fundamentación basada en la motivación como el factor que estamos trabajando. También hemos analizado la importancia de las clases de educación física y la relación que en ellas tiene la motivación, así como recomendaciones para conseguirla. A continuación, hemos llevado a cabo un estudio sobre “la motivación como factor clave en nuestras clases de educación física”. Los resultados principales muestran que los alumnos pierden la motivación con los años y que las chicas se motivan hacia más contenidos, pero menos hacia la asignatura con respecto a los chicos. Terminamos con una discusión para comparar los resultados con los de otros estudios. Finalmente, hemos realizado unas conclusiones para saber si los resultados han desarrollado los objetivos previstos. Hemos terminado nuestro trabajo, con una propuesta didáctica desarrollada en un centro educativo y relacionada con nuestro ámbito de estudio.
This project has clearly tried to define what the term motivation means. A foundation based on the motivation has been developed as the factor which we are working for. Nonetheless, we analysed the relevance of the physical education lessons and the relation between them and motivation as well as some recommendations to achieve it. Then, a study about ´motivation as a key factor for our physical education lessons´ was developed. The main results demonstrated that boys lose their motivation through the pass of years and girls motivate more to contents, but less to the subject in relation to the boys. Finally, we finished with a discussion in order to compare the results with other studies. The conclusions were reviewed so as to guarantee that the results had developed the previous goals. The project ends with an educational proposal dealing with our field of study, which was experienced in a school.
