Patrones diferenciales de temblor en distintas patologías y su relación con variables psicoemocionales

Resumen
El temblor es un síntoma que puede aparecer en distintas patologías, sobre todo neurológicas, o en personas perfectamente sanas. En cualquier caso, siempre se trata de una sintomatología incapacitante que afecta a la vida cotidiana de la persona que lo sufre. Las patologías que más frecuentemente cursan con temblor son la enfermedad de Parkinson y la Esclerosis Múltiple, entre otras. El objetivo de esta investigación es comprobar los efectos psicológicos del temblor así como intentar encontrar un patrón distintivo de la forma de temblar en diferentes enfermedades para poder ayudar en el diagnóstico de las mismas. Participaron en el estudio 5 afectados de Esclerosis Múltiple y 5 enfermos de Parkinson. Se midieron diferentes variables emocionales y la topografía de los temblores con el Tromómetro de Barra. Los resultados indican que los temblores afectan psicológicamente a las personas que los padecen y que hay distintas formas de temblar asociadas al diagnóstico del paciente que tiembla.
Tremor is a symptom that can appear in many different pathologies, especially neurological, or even in healthy people. The pathologies which most frequently go with tremor are Parkinson Disease and Multiple Sclerosis, among others. The objective of this research has been to verify the psychological effects of tremor as well as to try to find a distinctive pattern of how to tremble in different diseases to be able to help in the diagnosis of the same ones. Ten people (5 affected by Multiple Sclerosis and 5 Parkinson's patients) participated in the study. Different emotional variables and the topography of the tremors were measured with the “Tromómetro de Barra”.
