Análisis de la calificación energética de una vivienda unifamiliar

Abstract

[ES] El TFG consiste en el estudio y determinación de la calificación energética de una vivienda unifamiliar. Se introducen primero conceptos teóricos y las diferentes tecnologías energéticas existentes. Después se nombran las diferentes normas y reglamentos que influyen en la vivienda unifamiliar. Más tarde se hace el estudio de las cargas térmicas, para el dimensionamiento las instalaciones que se van a utilizar. El último paso es realizar el estudio energético de la edificación y la elección de una de las diferentes propuestas de mejora, conociendo el estudio económico y el estudio energético.[EN] The TFG consists of the study and determination of the energy rating of a single-family home. Theoretical concepts and the different existing energy technologies are introduced first. Then the different rules and regulations that influence the single-family home are named. Later the study of the thermal loads is made, for the sizing the facilities that are going to be used. The last step is to carry out the energy study of the building and the choice of one of the different proposals for improvement, knowing the economic study and the energy study.
