DERECHO DEL MAR: LOS DELITOS EN EL MAR Y LOS INSTRUMENTOS JURÍDICOS PARA CDOMBATIRLOS

Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo se abordarán temas tan importantes como la evolución del derecho del mar, así como el estudio de la convención de Montego Bay de 1982, de la cual estudiaremos su contenido, características, además de las novedades y controversias entre la convención y un tratado alternativo. También se llevará a cabo el estudio de los delitos en el mar: cómo son el delito de piratería y la evolución de la misma en los siglos XX y XXI, delito de tráfico de esclavos, el tráfico ilícito de sustancias estupefacientes, sustancias psicotrópicas y armas.

[EN] This work will adress issues as important such as the evolution of the law of the sea, as well as the study of the convention of Montego Bay of 1982, of which we will study its content, characteristics, in addition to the new features and controversies between the convention and an alternative treaty. Also the study of the crimes in the sea will be carried out: how they are the crime of piracy and the evolution of the same one in centuries XX and XXI, crime of traffic of slaves, the illicit traffic of narcotic substances, psicotrópicas substances and arms
