LA CALIFICACIÓN REGISTRAL

Abstract

[ES]La calificación registral, confiada por ley al Registrador de la Propiedad, se configura como instrumento para garantizar el respeto de la legalidad y la seguridad en el tráfico jurídico. Se trata de un examen previo de los documentos presentados al Registro de la Propiedad para su inscripción, de forma que sólo tengan acceso al mismo los títulos válidos y perfectos. El Registrador de la Propiedad se erige de esta manera como centinela del sistema registral español y asegura la protección de nuestros derechos.

[EN]The Registre has been entrusted in order to carry out the effective legal evaluation designed as an instrument to ensure that the law is respected as well as the so needed legal certainty. This is indeed a preliminary assessment of the documents filed for recording in the Registry so the access is only allowed for those documents valid and beyond reproach. The Registre stands as centinel of the Spanish registration system ensuring the protection of our rights.
