Creación y desarrollo de una página web para la prestación de servicios turísticos en Jaén

Abstract

[ES]El problema de la Oficina de Turismo de Jaén es que no tienen una página web gestionada por ellos mismos sino que dependen de una página realizada por el Área de Turismo del Ayuntamiento de Jaén. Esto implica un problema en la cadena de información, ya que para tener una página lo más completa posible es necesario que sea gestionada por las mismas personas que trabajan en la Oficina de Turismo puesto que son los trabajadores los que están en contacto directo con los turistas y saben de primera mano lo que estos necesitan. Por lo que se necesita una página web que abarque principalmente información de la capital, tanto de información como de actividades, y remarcando los puntos más turísticos en la provincia. Por lo que es fundamental crear una página principal mostrando la información más demandada y el resto serán unos menús desagregados de navegación cómoda.

[EN]The problem of the Tourist Office of Jaen is that they do not have a website managed by themselves, as it depends on a page mastered by the Area of Tourism of the city of Jaen. This implies a problem in the information chain, since in order to have the best website available, it must fall under the responsibility of the same people that work in the Tourist Office. This happens because it is the workers that are in direct contact with the tourists and know first-hand what they need. Then a website that includes mainly information about the capital, both general information and on Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y Jurídicas UNIVERSIDAD DE JAÉN activities is needed, emphasizing the spots most frequently visited by tourists in the province. So it is essential to create a home page showing the most demanded information for tourists, and the rest will be a few disaggregated menus of easy navigation.
