IMEFE: OBSERVATORIO DE NECESIDADES FORMATIVAS

Abstract

[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Máster plantea como objetivo principal detectar y analizar las necesidades formativas de la ciudad de Jaén, de cara a la programación del plan de formación del Instituto Municipal de Empleo y Formación Empresarial (IMEFE). Para comenzar, se realiza una fundamentación teórica desde la globalización al desarrollo local. A continuación, se revisa el marco normativo que regula la formación para el empleo. Para terminar, se describen las actividades realizadas en el IMEFE y se presentan las conclusiones que se han extraído de las mismas.

[EN] The present Final Master's Project has as main objective to detect and analyze the training needs of the city of Jaén, in order to schedule the training plan of the Municipal Institute of Employment and Business Training (MIEBT). To begin, make a theoretical foundation from globalization to local development is made. Next, we will describe the normative framework that regulates training for employment is reviewed. Finally, the activities carried out in MIEBT are described and the conclusions drawn from them are presented.
