Aislamiento del hongo Trichoderma spp de suelos de campos de olivo en la provincia de Jaén

Abstract

[ES]En este estudio se aislaron cepas del hongo Trichoderma spp. de suelos de campos de oliva situados en la provincia de Jaén, empleando la técnica de siembra directa, se determinó la selectividad de 3 medios de cultivo, Rosa Bengala, PDA SL y SMAC, así como también se estudió el crecimiento de este género a distintas temperaturas y pH. Se estudió la capacidad antagónica de los aislamientos con patógenos de oliva, Phytium sp., y Phytophthora megasperma spp, se hicieron estudios con 7 fitosanitarios diferentes (Oxifluorfen, Quelato de Zinc, Quelato de Manganeso, Aminoácido, Fosfito Potásico, Quelato de Hierro y Glifosato).

[EN]In this study strains of the fungus Trichoderma spp floors olive field locatedin the province of Jaén, were isolated using the technique of direct seeding, the selectivity of 3 culture media, Rose Bengal, PDA SL and SMAC was determined, as well as the growth of this genus at different temperatures and pH were also studied. The antagonistic capacity of isolates with pathogens olive study, Pythium sp and Phytophthora megasperma sp and the influence of some fungicides and herbicides in front of the genus Trichoderma spp analyzed, studies were made with 7 different phytosanitary (Oxyfluorfen, Chelated Zinc, Chelated manganese amino acid, potassium phosphite, chelated iron and glyphosate).
