Revisión bibliográfica sobre la mujer interna en un centro penitenciario y su(s) hijo(s)/a(s)

Abstract

El presente trabajo abordará los diferentes puntos de vista de diversos artículos. Estos tratan sobre la vida de las mujeres en la cárcel, en torno a sus redes de protección social y la relación materno filial, viendo la importancia del vínculo de la familia para estas reclusas y el hecho de convivir madres e hijos/as dentro de prisión.

El tema central de este trabajo es el acompañamiento de la madre reclusa durante los primeros años de vida del infante y la repercusión que tiene para el menor estar ahí dentro. Así como comprobar la importancia de la relación afectiva entre la madre y el/la hijo/a para el desarrollo de este.

The aim of this study is to address different points of view on women lifes at jail, their social protection networking and the relatioship with their children by highlighting how important is strengthening family links to these women prisioners and the fact of living in prison with their children.

The main subject of this study is the way women prisioners take their children along during their earliest years and how life in prison impacts the child. Also, this study is focused on how important is the affective relationship between the mother and the child in order to achieve his/her proper development.
