DICTAMEN JURÍDICO SOBRE NULIDAD DE TÍTULOS E INSCRIPCIONES REGISTRALES

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo consiste en la realización de un dictámen jurídico en materia civil. Dicho dictámen tratará sobre el estudio en profundidad de nuestro ordenamiento jurídico para la protección del derecho de propiedad frente vulneraciones realizadas por terceros adquirentes que puedan quedar protegidos por la Ley Hipotecaria, concretamente, nos centraremos en el desarrollo del artículo 34 de dicha ley, dónde se contemplan requisitos que deben tener los adquirentes para quedar protegidos en su derecho en perjuicio del derecho que tiene el verdadero titular.

[EN] This work consists of the completion of a Legal Report in civil matters. This opinion will deal with the study of our legal system for the protection of property rights againsts violations by third parties acquirers that can be protected by the Mortgage Law, specifically, we will focus on the development of article 34 of this law whereare contemplated the requirements that the acquirers should have to be protected in their right to the detriment of the right of the true owner.
