LOS REFUGIADOS COMO GRUPO VULNERABLE: SU CONTEXTUALIZACIÓN EN EL CASO DE UCRANIA Y LA ACTUACIÓN DEL TRABAJADOR SOCIAL

Abstract

Rusia lleva décadas buscando la inestabilidad de Ucrania. La actual guerra ha sido la estratagema que ha truncado el destino del pueblo ucraniano. Por esta razón, miles de personas se han visto forzadas a huir de sus hogares en busca de un nuevo lugar que les proporcione protección. A raíz de esta oleada migratoria, Europa ha establecido recursos con el propósito de brindarles seguridad y protección. A lo largo de este trabajo de investigación, se tratará de identificar los derechos a nivel internacional, europeo y estatal de las personas refugiadas, así como determinar la actuación del Trabajo Social con este colectivo ante esta crisis humanitaria

Russia has been seeking instability in Ukraine for decades. The current war has been the ploy that has truncated the fate of the Ukrainian people. For this reason, thousands of people have been forced to flee their homes in search of a new place to provide them with protection. As a result of this wave of migration, Europe has established resources to provide them with security and protection. Throughout this research work, the aim will be to identify the rights at European and state level of refugees, as well as to determine the performance of Social Work with this group in the face of this humanitarian crisis
