How the use of different materials can contribute to the motivation of students in the area of Natural Sciences in the 4 th grade of Primary Education. Didactic proposal.

Abstract

[ES]Este Trabajo Fin de Máster consiste en desarrollar una Unidad Didáctica para cuarto curso de Educación Primaria en el área de Ciencias de la Naturaleza a través de la Primera Lengua Extranjera (Inglés) para el curso 2022/2023. El título de esta unidad es 'Human nutrition and diet' y se compone de 10 sesiones completas ya que se centra en los contenidos y en desarrollar la competencia comunicativa del alumnado a través de la escucha, la expresión oral, la lectura y la escritura. Durante las diferentes sesiones se introducirán aspectos como los diferentes sistemas humanos, la salud, la alimentación, los nutrientes a través de las TIC, materiales didácticos y teniendo en cuenta su motivación.

[EN]This Master's dissertation consists of developing a Didactic Unit for the fourth year of Primary Education in the area of Natural Sciences through the First Foreign Language (English) for the academic year 2022/2023. The title of this unit is 'Human nutrition and diet' and it is composed of 10 complete sessions as it focuses on the contents and on developing the communicative competence of the students through listening, speaking, reading and writing. During the different sessions, aspects such as the different human systems, health, food, nutrients will be introduced through ICT, teaching materials and taking into account their motivation.
