Modelado BIM 3D, 4D y 5D de una Construcción Industrial

Abstract

Este TFG se trata de un modelado BIM de una nave industrial, situada en el polígono industrial Nuevo Jaén, calle Beatriz Núñez No 31. Se empleó CYPE 3D para diseñar el modelado estructural importando el pórtico generado por Generador de Pórtico, también se realizó el cálculo estructural en el mismo, después se exportó la estructura a Revit mediante archivo de IFC, se diseñó el modelado arquitectónico incluyendo las instalaciones de saneamiento, de fontanería y de electricidad en Revit. Luego se exportó el modelo al archivo de IFC para realizar el cálculo de instalaciones en CYPECAD MEP, una vez terminado esto se colocaron los mobiliarios necesarios en Revit. Para el presupuesto se exportaron las mediciones a PRESTO mediante COST IT, por último se empleó Naviswork para la planificación de obra con la ayuda de Microsoft Project.

This TFG is about a BIM modeling of an industrial warehouse, located in the Nuevo Jaén industrial estate, calle Beatriz Núñez No 31. CYPE 3D was used to design the structural modeling by importing the generated portico by Gantry Generator, the structural calculation was also carried out in it, then the structure was exported to Revit using an IFC file, the architectural modeling was designed including the installations of sanitation, plumbing and electrical in Revit. Then the model was exported to the IFC file to perform the calculation of facilities in CYPECAD MEP, once this was finished, the necessary furniture was placed in Revit. For the budget, the measurements were exported to PRESTO through COST IT, finally, the Naviswork for construction planning with the help of Microsoft Project.
