Limpieza en línea de instalaciones para procesos alimenticios

Abstract

Procedemos a realizar el presente trabajo para calcular y diseñar un sésteme limpieza en línea de tuberías y equipos para procesos alimenticios, esto conlleva el objetivo de poder realizar la limpieza de forma que no sea necesario el desmontaje de los equipos y tuberías para cumplir la ley de limpieza alimenticia que lo regula. Para ello necesitamos una instalación con tuberías y equipos que diseñaremos y calcularemos en dicho trabajoWe proceed to carry out the present work to calculate and design a cleaning system in line of pipes and equipment for food processes, this entails the objective of being able to carry out the cleaning in a way that it is not necessary to dismantle the equipment and pipes to comply with the food cleaning law that regulates it. For this we need an installation with pipes and equipment that we will design and calculate in this work.
