ANÁLISIS DE LA DIRECCIÓN DE CENTROS EDUCATIVOS: UNA ESPECIAL MENCIÓN A LOS CAMBIOS SUFRIDOS POR LA COVID-19

Abstract

[ES] Este Trabajo Final de Máster tendrá como fin la realización de un análisis de la dirección de los centros educativos, profundizando en su composición, funciones, competencias, variables que la dirección debe considerar, la problemática que esta posee y sus cambios a nivel institucional. También se hará una especial mención a los cambios producidos debido a la pandemia por la COVID-19. En dicha mención se presentan las principales medidas implementadas por las Administraciones Educativas en la dirección escolar, la repercusión de la pandemia en los centros educativos y como ha afectado a las personas en general.

[EN] The purpose of this Final Master's Thesis will be to carry out an analysis of the management of the educational center, delving into its composition, functions, competencies, variables that management must consider, the problems it has and its changes at the institutional level. A special mention will also be made of the changes produced due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in this mention the main measures implemented by the Education Administrations in school management, the impact of the pandemic in schools and how it has affected people in general.
