Resumen
[ES] El presente TFM exhibe dos apartados principales: la fundamentación epistemológica y la proyección didáctica. En el primero, se abordará la respiración pulmonar, así como su interrelación con el aparato circulatorio y sistema nervioso, dada la enorme importancia que presenta para el correcto desarrollo de la actividad profesional del futuro TSLCB, encargado del procesamiento de diferentes estudios analíticos pulmonares, a saber, estudios de gases en sangre arterial, cultivos de faríngeos, análisis de esputo, etc. Para ello, se realiza una revisión de la literatura sobre la Fisiopatología respiratoria que permita explicitar los conceptos primordiales que componen dicho tema de estudio. En el segundo, se aportará un enfoque pedagógico del tema mediante la presentación de una propuesta de unidad didáctica contextualizada dentro del MP Fisiopatología General del CFGS Laboratorio Clínico y Biomédico en I.E.S. San Juan Bosco durante el curso académico 2020/2021.
[EN] The present TFM exhibits two main sections: the epistemological foundation and the didactic projection. In the first, pulmonary respiration will be addressed, as well as its interrelation with the circulatory system and nervous system, given the enormous importance it presents for the correct development of the professional activity of the future TSLCB, in charge of the processing of different pulmonary analytical studies, to namely, arterial blood gas studies, pharyngeal cultures, sputum analysis, etc. To do this, a review of the literature on respiratory pathophysiology is carried out, which makes it possible to make explicit the main concepts that make up said study topic. In the second, a pedagogical approach to the subject will be provided by presenting a proposal for a contextualized didactic unit within the MP General Physiopathology of the CFGS Clinical and Biomedical Laboratory in I.E.S. Saint John Bosco during the 2020/2021 academic year.
