¿QUÉ COCINAMOS HOY? NOS VAMOS DE COMPRAS

Abstract

[ES] En muchas ocasiones, los estudiantes, conocen los alimentos que ellos mismos consumen, pero no algunos de los productos típicos de la estación o de la zona en la que están estudiando la lengua. Dado que se trata de una unidad que se pretende llevar a cabo en un contexto de inmersión lingüística, se aprovechará para visitar el mercado local y ver qué tipo de productos podemos ver. Una vez allí se estudiarán los productos y se llevarán a cabo unas actividades de interacción con personas locales a fin de realizar unas tareas de investigación cultural. Del mismo modo, se verán cuáles son las diferencias entre los mercados en esa ciudad y en sus países de origen. Finalmente, a partir de los puntos gramaticales que se tratarán, se llevará a cabo la elaboración de diferentes recetas.

[EN] On several occasions, the students know the food they eat but not some of the typical products of the season or of the country where they are studying the language. Provided that we are speaking about a didactic unit intended to be carried out in a context of linguistic immersion we will visit the local market and focus on the local products. Once there, the local products will be studied and we will carry out some social interaction activities with local people, with the aim of undertaking cultural research tasks. Likewise, we will look at the differences between the local markets of that city and the ones of their home countries. Lastly, on the basis of the grammar points that will have been studied, we will undertake the preparation of different recipes.
