Resumen
Es imprescindible para el sector de la Ingeniería realizar, desarrollar y gestionar la auditoría que permite el análisis energético de cualquier tipo de edificación. Para ello, es importante realizar un estudio previo sobre las condiciones de funcionamiento, uso, ocupación, equipo e iluminación, así como de los sistemas que satisfagan las necesidades de calidad y confort en cuanto temperatura y humedad del aire en su interior, atendiendo a la normativa vigente. En el presente proyecto se pretende aportar una visión y un análisis del comportamiento y de la eficiencia energética de un edificio dedicado al sector terciario docente-oficina. Para ello, se empleará un software alfanumérico que establecerá la metodología de cálculo y simulará dicho comportamiento en estado transitorio, sobre cada hora del año, además de hacer uso de una herramienta que permita introducir la geometría de forma gráfica extrapolándose a coordenadas cartesianas.
It is essential for the engineering sector to carry out, develop and manage the audit that allows the energy analysis of any type of building. For this, it is important to carry out a previous study on the operating conditions, use, occupancy, equipment and lighting, as well as the systems that meet the needs of quality and comfort in terms of temperature and humidity of the air inside, in accordance with current regulations. This project aims to provide a vision and an analysis of the behavior and energy efficiency of a building dedicated to the tertiary teaching-office sector. For this purpose, an alphanumeric software will be used to establish the calculation methodology and simulate such behavior in a transient state, for each hour of the year, in addition to making use of a tool that allows introducing the geometry in a graphical way, extrapolating to Cartesian coordinates.
