[ES]El presente estudio trata de acercarse a una comparación teórica entre los sistemas educativos español y ecuatoriano, enfatizando sobre la atención a la diversidad y a la Lengua y Literatura. Al estar España dentro de los 30 países en los informes PISA y Ecuador hallarse fuera de estos informes, este estudio pretende analizar qué diferencias puede haber entre estos países y hasta qué punto sus leyes educativas (con especial atención en las leyes que atañen a la Atención a la Diversidad y a la Lengua y Literatura) divergen. Para ver si el cuerpo docente de estos países aprecia diferencias en el trato que ellos realizan tanto en el trato del alumnado con NEE, como en Lengua y Literatura, hemos procedido a un estudio cualitativo, con dos encuestas de elaboración personal, que se ha repartido un importante grupo de docentes que imparte clase en España y Ecuador.
[EN]The present study tries to approach a theoretical comparison between the Spanish and Ecuadorian educational systems, placing an emphasis on the attention to diversity and to Language and Literature. Since Spain is within the 30 countries in the PISA reports and Ecuador is outside these reports, this study aims to analyze what differences there may be between these countries. Focusing on its educational laws and with special attention on the laws that concern Attention to Diversity and Language and Literature. To see if the teaching body of these countries appreciates differences in the treatment they perform both in the treatment of students with SEN, as in Language and Literature, we have proceeded to a qualitative study, with two personal elaboration surveys, which has been distributed among teachers who teach in Spain and Ecuador.
