[ES]Objetivos: evaluar el proceso de enseñanza de la educación física (EF) y el deporte en el aprendizaje basado en competencias (ABC); el otro objetivo fue diseñar y validar un cuestionario para medir las percepciones de los estudiantes respecto al tema a evaluar. Método: se realizó una investigación evaluativa en el Colegio Teresiano de Envigado, con 286 estudiantes entre 4° y 8° grado escolar y sus docentes de EF. Para la validación del cuestionario participaron 86 estudiantes de la Institución Educativa Progresar de Medellín. Resultados: Se proporciona un instrumento válido (V de Aiken >0.70) y fiable (alfa de Cronbach=0,955) de 30 ítems agrupados en dos factores. La investigación evaluativa permitió comprender el proceso y la perspectiva favorable que tienen alumnas y docentes sobre la enseñanza de la EF y el deporte en el ABC en una institución educativa del contexto
