EL TRABAJO HÍBRIDO: UNA PROPUESTA ORIENTADA AL BIEN COMÚN

Abstract

[ES]Con en el cambio de pensamiento en las personas aparece una nueva forma de organizar las empresas. Christian Felber da una nueva visión de cómo las empresas u otros organismos pueden trabajar para el “bien común”, basado en la eficiencia, crecimiento, beneficio, éxito, competitividad y libertad. Lo importante no es la competición sino la cooperación entre ellas. La Economía del Bien Común se preocupa del entorno social y del medio ambiente. Una manera de reducir la contaminación y la huella ecológica, es el uso de una nueva manera de desarrollar la actividad de la empresa: El teletrabajo. Igualmente, se hará una breve investigación sobre el teletrabajo y el trabajo híbrido, además se tendrá en consideración como ha aumentado su uso a causa de la Covid-19 y que ventajas e inconvenientes tiene tanto en las empresas como para en los trabajadores en el ámbito laboral como familiar.
