RECUPERACIÓN DEL PROYECTO VITAL EN SITUACIONES DE VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO Y MIGRACIÓN. UNA MIRADA DESDE EL TRABAJO SOCIAL

Abstract

[ES]Los procesos vitales están expuestos a constantes cambios que las personas deben autogestionar y planificar. Los sucesos traumáticos y las experiencias problemáticas, como la violencia de género, obligan a su resignificación ya que el proyecto vital experimenta una desestructuración sistémica. En el caso de las mujeres migrantes el proceso migratorio, la violencia sufrida en el país de origen y durante la propia migración también les obliga a resignificar el proyecto vital, lo que implica mayor vulnerabilidad y exposición ante la violencia de género. El proyecto vital es una herramienta estudiada y aplicada en la intervención de numerosas áreas del conocimiento principalmente desde la Psicología, pero no desde el Trabajo Social. Es necesario, por tanto, transformar y adaptar la intervención desde el Trabajo Social al proyecto vital; es decir, tomar en cuenta la recuperación del proyecto vital para comprender el impacto de la violencia e iniciar un proceso de reparación psicosocial

[EN]Vital processes are exposed to constant changes that people must self-manage and plan. Traumatic events and problematic experiences, such as gender violence, force its resignification since the life project experiences a systemic destructuring. In the case of migrant women, the migration process, the violence suffered in the country of origin and during the migration itself also forces them to redefine their life project, which implies greater vulnerability and exposure to gender violence. The vital project is a tool studied and applied in the intervention of numerous areas of knowledge, mainly from Psychology, but not from Social Work. It is necessary, therefore, to transform and adapt the intervention from Social Work to the vital project; that is, take into account the recovery of the vital project to understand the impact of violence and initiate a process of psychosocial reparation.
