EL INCOHERENTE TRATO A LA GESTACIÓN SUBROGADA EN ESPAÑA

Abstract

El tema que voy a tratar en este proyecto es fruto de los avances que se han ido dando a lo largo de los años, aunque también expondré a modo de curiosidad como en otras épocas, aunque de una forma diferente, ya se empezó a valorar la opción de sustituir a una mujer que no podía tener hijos por otra que sí tenía esa posibilidad entregando esta última el recién nacido a la pareja. Básicamente, con este proyecto lo que busco es hacer un recorrido por la situación en la que se encuentra la gestación subrogada en España y, además, intento mostrar lo que yo considero incoherencias hacía este tema que, de ser tratado de manera adecuada, podría generar muchos beneficios para aquellos que tienen problemas de fertilidad siendo, a la vez, una forma de acabar con los problemas de explotación y cosificación de la mujer.

The topic that I´m going to deal with in this project is the result of the advances that have been made over the years, although I will also expose as a curiosity as in other times, although in a different way, the value of the option to replace a woman who could not have children by another who did have that possibility, giving the latter the newborn to the couple. Basically, with this project what I´m looking for is to take a tour of the situation in which the surrogacy is found in Spain and, in addition, I try to show what I consider inconsistencies towards this topic that, if properly treated, could generate many benefits for those who have fertility problems while being a way to end the problems of exploitation and reification of women.
