REVISIÓN BIBLIOGRÁFICA SOBRE LAS PERSONAS CON DEPENDENCIA A SUSTANCIAS PSICOTRÓPICAS

Abstract

El trabajo social juega un papel protagonista en las personas con dependencia a sustancias psicoactivas, porque sus objetivos son la mejora, calidad y bienestar de estas personas. En el presente trabajo se realiza un análisis bibliográfico que expone el problema de la adicción, su concepto, los factores psicosociales en el proceso de adicción y por último, desarrollar el papel del Trabajo Social y de sus aportaciones en los programas destinados a la prevención y tratamiento sobre drogas.

Social work plays a leading role in people with dependence on psychoactive substances, so as it’s goals are the improvement, quality and well-being of these people. In the present work a bibliographical review is carried out it is given definitions of mental health; next talk will different psychosocial factors in the addition process. Lastly, it is outlined the role of social workers and their contributions on the prevention and treatment drug programs.
