EL TRABAJO SOCIAL COMO MECANISMO DE INTEGRACIÓN EN MENORES TRANSEXUALES. SITUACIÓN JURÍDICA, SOCIAL Y SANITARIA.

Abstract

En las últimas décadas, como evolución natural de la humanidad, se ha ido destapando el fenómeno de la transexualidad, hecho que es muy relevante en la sociedad actual y que es importante analizarlo a fondo desde el punto de vista social y jurídico. Como cualquier persona, el motivo por el cual una persona se considera transexual se debe a una discordancia, entre el género con el que una persona transexual se identifica y el sexo biológico asignado al nacer. Para acercarnos y comprender este fenómeno, es necesario conocer la situación social, jurídica y sanitaria que atraviesa el colectivo transexual. Asimismo, en el presente trabajo se tratará la problemática de la transexualidad en menores, mediante la Ley Orgánica 3/ 2007 relativa al sexo de las personas, tratando de eliminar las diferencias jurídicas que plantea el fenómeno de la transexualidad desde la mirada del trabajo social.

In recent decades, as a natural evolution of humanity, has been uncovering the phenomenon of transsexuality, fact that is very relevant in today's society and that is important to thoroughly analyze it from the point of view of social and legal. Like any person, the reason by which a person is considered to be transsexual is due to a mismatch between the gender with which a transsexual person is identified and the biological sex assigned at birth. To approach and understand this phenomenon, it is necessary to know the social, legal and health situation facing the transsexual collective. Also in this work is the issue of transsexuality in minors, through the organic law 3 / 2007 relating to the sex of the people, trying to eliminate the legal differences posed by the phenomenon of transsexuality from the perspective of social work.
