LA POTESTAD SANCIONADORA DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN EN MATERIA DE TRÁFICO

Abstract

El tráfico y la seguridad vial es un tema que nos afecta a la mayoría de los ciudadanos puesto que convivimos con ello, de ahí que exista una ley que regula todos los ámbitos relacionados con el tráfico y la seguridad vial, el Real Decreto Legislativo 6/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley sobre Tráfico, Circulación de Vehículos a Motor y Seguridad Vial, el cual analizaremos en este trabajo. Las infracciones cometidas y sus correspondientes denuncias tienen varias formas de llevarse a cabo dependiendo de la gravedad del asunto, es por ello, que también existen diversos procedimientos dependiendo del objeto del asunto con el fin de fomentar la seguridad vial.
