Resumen
En esta revisión bibliográfica se detallan los datos obtenidos por distintos grupos de
investigación que trabajan con microARNs en un contexto de morfogénesis cardiaca.
Este trabajo hace también especial énfasis del papel de los microARNs en el
proceso de transición epitelio-mesénquima que se produce en etapas tempranas del
desarrollo. En este sentido, se comentan datos obtenidos por el grupo de
Investigación Cardiovascular de la Universidad de Jaén en relación con este tema.
This bibliographic review details the data obtained by different research groups working with microRNAs in a context of cardiac morphogenesis. This work also emphasizes the role of microRNAs in the epithelial-mesenchymal transition process that occurs in early stages of development. In this sense, data obtained by the Cardiovascular Research group of the University of Jaén in relation to this topic are discussed.
