Soluciones Cloud Computing para la Gestión y Promoción de Empresas Turísticas

Abstract

[ES] El uso de la denominada “nube” y la dependencia de Internet ha sufrido una creciente relevancia con el paso de los años al haber ido adquiriendo capacidades y conocimientos tecnológicos. ¿Por qué gestionar mi hotel o agencia de viajes desde la nube? Durante este proyecto encontraremos la respuesta. En este proyecto se expone el concepto de “Cloud Computing’’ (computación en la nube o simplemente “la nube”). Estudiaremos cómo surgió, realizaremos una clasificación de los distintos tipos existentes y sus características correspondientes, así como las múltiples ventajas e inconvenientes que suponen el uso de las mismas. Analizaremos la situación de este fenómeno, tanto interiormente como desde fuera con un análisis DAFO. Además mencionaremos el marco legal al que las empresas están expuestas con el riesgo de la nube. Por último, enumeraremos algunos de los sistemas más determinantes y nos centraremos en cuáles aplicaríamos en el sector turístico.

[EN] The use of the so-called "cloud" and the dependence on the Internet has suffered a growing relevance over the years as it has acquired technological skills and knowledge. Why manage my hotel or travel agency from the cloud? During this project we will find the answer. This project exposes the concept of '' Cloud Computing '' (cloud computing or simply "the cloud"). We will study how it came about, we will make a classification of the different existing types and their corresponding characteristics, as well as the multiple advantages and disadvantages that suppose the use of them. We will analyze the situation of this phenomenon, both internally and externally with a SWOT analysis. In addition we will mention the legal framework to which companies are exposed with the risk of the cloud. Finally, we will list some of the most important systems and we will focus on which ones we would apply in the tourism sector.
