LA NUEVA REGULACIÓN DE LA SECCIÓN DE CRÉDITO DE LA SOCIEDAD COOPERATIVA ANDALUZA. UN ANÁLISIS CRÍTICO

Abstract

[ES] En este trabajo se ha realizado un estudio sobre las Secciones de Crédito de las Cooperativas andaluzas con una introducción sobre su definición y naturaleza así como sus características. El objetivo principal es el de aclarar donde están sus límites en cuanto a gestión de activos debido a la nueva Ley de Sociedades Cooperativas Andaluzas por la que se rige y además de establecer donde están dichos limites, se muestran una serie de productos financieros que cumplen los requisitos exigidos por el Reglamento y que son susceptibles de inversión para dichas Secciones. Por último y modo de conclusión, se ha realizado una crítica a la nueva Ley de Sociedades cooperativas, ya que esta condiciona totalmente el funcionamiento de la misma.

[EN] In this work a study has been carried out on the Credit Sections of the Andalusian Cooperatives with an introduction about their definition and nature as well as their characteristics. The main objective is to clarify where its limits are in terms of asset management due to the new Law of Andalusian Cooperative Societies which governs and besides establishing where these limits are, a series of financial products that meet the requirements demanded by the Regulation and that are susceptible of investment for said Sections. Lastly and in order to conclude, a critique has been made of the new Law on Cooperative Societies, since it totally conditions the operation of the same.
