LAS TELECOMUNICACIONES COMO SERVICIO DE INTERÉS GENERAL Y SU EVOLUCIÓN.

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo tiene como objetivo principal plasmar de forma clara y detallada la evolución que ha sufrido el sector de las telecomunicaciones en los últimos años. Para ello hemos realizado un recorrido desde la primera Ley de 1987 hasta la actual en nuestros días, la Ley General de Telecomunicaciones 9/2014 de 9 de mayo. Como ayuda nos hemos fundamentado en opiniones de juristas leyendo manuales sobre el tema y tesis o artículos. Tras desarrollar dicha evolución sufrida por el sector, el paso de un monopolio a una competencia, hemos analizado dicho servicio como servicio universal. Como cierre de nuestro trabajo se ha aportado un nuevo punto de vista, la competencia en el segmento local, y finalmente se ha dado una opinión personal acerca del estudio de dicho sector.

[EN] The main objective of this work is to capture clearly and in detail the evolution of the telecommunications sector in recent years. For this, we have made a journey from the first Law of 1987 to the current one in our days, the General Telecommunications Law 9/2014 of May 9. As an aid we have based on the opinions of lawyers reading manuals on the subject and theses or articles. After developing this evolution suffered by the sector, the transition from a monopoly to a competition, we have analyzed this service as a universal service. As a conclusion to our work, a new point of view has been provided, competition in the local segment, and finally, a personal opinion has been given about the study of this sector.
