Las obligaciones de las partes en el contrato de hospedaje.

Abstract

[ES] En este trabajo de final de grado se revisan aspectos de interés para el sector turístico, debido a la gran importancia que está recibiendo el turismo en estos últimos años en relación al contrato de hospedaje enfocado tanto al cliente o consumidor como al empresario o establecimiento hotelero. El trabajo se divide en tres bloques: Un primer bloque comienza definiendo los diferentes aspectos fundamentales que componen el contrato de hospedaje como son los sujetos que forman parte en el contrato de hospedaje, su naturaleza jurídica y la regulación específica que existe para este tipo de contratos turísticos. Un segundo bloque formado por apartados más específicos donde se detallan las obligaciones y derechos recíprocos para ambas partes, y un tercer bloque enfocado en los posibles incumplimientos que se pueden ocasionar cuando no se prestan o no se satisfacen dichos servicios.

[EN] In this final year project, we review aspects of interest to the tourism sector, due to the great importance that tourism is receiving in recent years in relation to the hosting contract focused on both the client or consumer and the entrepreneur or hotel establishment. The work is divided into three blocks: A first block begins by defining the different fundamental aspects that make up the hosting contract as are the subjects that are part of the hosting contract, its legal nature and the specific regulation that exists for this type of contract tourist. A second block consists of more specific sections detailing the reciprocal obligations and rights for both parties, and a third block focused on possible breaches that may occur when these services are not provided or not met.
