NUEVAS FORMAS ORGANIZATIVAS: DE LA ESTRUCTURA EN RED A LA ORGANIZACIÓN FEDERAL

Resumen
[ES] El presente trabajo busca mostrar la existencia de nuevas formas organizativas en las empresas hoy en día, más allá de los clásicos modelos simple, maquinal, funcional, etc., y el porqué de la necesidad de estas: adaptarse a un entorno cambiante, que les exige ser flexibles y hacer uso de las nuevas tecnologías para solventar las grandes distancias geográficas entre organizaciones. Con la intención de alcanzar este objetivo se presentará un análisis de la organización en red, organización virtual, estructura en trébol, organización sin fronteras, organización basada en equipos, y organización federal, así como las dos versiones orientales de esta última: el Keiretsu japonés y el Chaebol coreano. Estos modelos organizativos se encuentran muy extendidos y están presentes en grandes empresas como Zara, Nike, Mercedes-Benz, General Electric, Opel, Johnson and Johson y Mitsubishi respectivamente, las cuales serán objeto de estudio.
[EN] The present work tries to show the existence of new organizational forms in companies today, beyond the classic models: simple, machine, functional, etc., and the reason for the need of these: adapt to a changing environment, which requires them to be flexible and make use of new technologies to solve the great geographical distances between organizations. With the intention of reaching this objective, it will be presented an analysis of the network organization, virtual organization, clover structure, borderless organization, team-based organization, and federal organization, as well as the two eastern versions of the latter: the Japanese Keiretsu and Korean Chaebol. These organizational models are very extended and are present in large companies such as Zara, Nike, Mercedes-Benz, General Electric, Opel, Johnson and Johson and Mitsubishi respectively. They will be studied.
