[ES]El trabajo tiene por finalidad conocer las variables clave que han de tenerse en cuenta en el proceso de internacionalización empresarial para aplicarlas al mercado oleícola, de tal modo que las empresas del sector puedan operar en el mercado exterior de aceites envasados. Se trata, en definitiva, de proporcionar una especie de guía para la exportación que se aplicará a varios mercados, en este trabajo. Además, se ha llevado a cabo una comprobación empírica para contrastar lo recogido en la literatura, con la opinión de responsables de empresas oleícolas que están internacionalizadas, con el objetivo de medir la importancia de las variables clave e incluso, para incorporar otras nuevas que nos permitan mejorar la guía.
[EN]The study aims to know the key variables to be taken into account in the internationalization process to apply to the olive oil market, so that companies in the sector can operate in the foreign market of packaged oils.
