[EN] Objectives: Analyze the effectivity of eccentric exercises and compare them with other common ones for the treatment of the Achilles tendinopathy insertional. Metodology: it was made a systematic review of the Medline and PEDro database. For that, it was selected randomized controlled clinical trials that analyzed the effectiveness of eccentric exercises compared to other conventional techniques. Results: After the initial search, a total of 195 publications were identified, from them 4 articles were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Only one of them studies showed greater improvement. In the remaining three, there was no significant difference between the treatment groups. Conclusion: After reviewing the articles, we cannot conclude clearly if the eccentric exercises are better than other conventional therapies. Nevertheless, we can say that it improves certain of the parameters that we have studied, so the hypothesis was supported by this review.
