El concordato vigente entre la Santa Sede y el Estado Español

Abstract

El presente trabajo comienza explicando la finalidad del concordato y la importancia que tiene la existencia del Concordato entre la Santa Sede y el Estado Español, posteriormente se indaga sobre los acontecimientos que dan lugar a la revisión del Concordato de 1953, revisión que dio lugar al Acuerdo entre el Estado Español y la Santa Sede de 1979 el cual es el tema principal de este trabajo. Se habla del Acuerdo entre la Santa Sede y el Estado español con el objetivo de proceder a su explicación y reflexión. This work begins with an explanation about the main aim of the Concordat and the importance which has the existence of it between the Holy See and the Spanish State, after that, it will be investigated the different events that lead the revision of the Concordat that took place in 1953, a revision that gave rise to the Agreement between the Spanish State and the Holy See of 1979 which is the main aim of this work. The Agreement between the Holy See and the Spanish State is discussed in order to proceed with its explanation and reflection.
