Resumen
[ES] El presente trabajo final de grado estudia los principales problemas de salud que aquejan a los trabajadores agrícolas, para así conocer las posibilidades de actuación del personal de enfermería en este ámbito y poder aumentar la calidad laboral y de vida de esta población. Para ello se ha elaborado una revisión narrativa de artículos relacionados con esta temática donde se evidencia un inefectivo control de los riesgos relacionados con este trabajo y la ineficaz educación sanitaria y prevención de problemas y accidentes derivados del trabajo agrícola por parte del personal sanitario. Por tanto, se afirma la importancia y necesidad de una actuación intensa y efectiva por parte de los profesionales sanitarios, sobretodo del personal enfermero, para disminuir estas tasas y aumentar la calidad de vida de esta población. Esto se conseguirá cuando aumente la formación de los profesionales sanitarios sobre el tema y estén concienciados de la magnitud del problema.
[EN] The present final grade paper studies the main health problems that agricultural workers face in order to know the possibilities of nursing staff in this area and to increase the quality of work and life of this population. For this purpose, a narrative review of articles related to this subject has been elaborated, demonstrating an ineffective control of the risks related to this work and the ineffective health education and prevention of problems and accidents related to agricultural work by health personnel. Therefore, it is affirmed the importance and necessity of an intense and effective action on the part of the health professionals, mainly of the nursing staff, to reduce these rates and to increase the quality of life of this population. This will be achieved by increasing the training of health professionals on the subject and being aware of the magnitude of the problem.
