dc.description.abstract	Los hábitos de salud han cambiado radicalmente en los últimos años. Ahora, una mayor parte de la población tiene hábitos deportivos. Los centros deportivos han evolucionado al mismo tiempo y, en la actualidad, la población demanda gimnasios donde tener supervisión y consejo por parte de profesionales. Siguiendo estas tendencias, he estudiado la viabilidad de apertura de un centro de entrenamiento en Úbeda, Jaén. El proyecto se llama ‘Centro deportivo 310’ y la principal diferencia con respecto a otros centros de entrenamiento es que está especializado en entrenamiento en grupo.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Health habits have changed dramatically in the last few years. Nowadays, a bigger part of the population practice sports or exercise regularly. Gyms have evolved into sports centers where users have professional advice. Following these trends, I have studied the feasibility of a training center in Úbeda, a small city near Jaén, Spain. The project is called ‘Centro deportivo 310’. Its main difference from other competitors is that the center is specialized in group training.	es_ES
