Nivel de estrés en el Hospital Universitario Guadalajara debido a SARS COV 19

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo se trata de un es un proyecto de investigación donde se evaluará el nivel de estrés en el personal de Enfermería y en el Hospital Universitario de Guadalajara en los servicios de urgencias y de UCI. Tratándose de un estudio descriptivo transversal. Donde podremos comprobar el estrés sufrido y la satisfacción laboral durante la pandemia a causa del Covid-19. Así como comparar estás unidades donde el personal estuvo más agotado y las principales causas de este agotamiento. Este proyecto podría ser considerado para ver en que ha fallado en cuanto ala la forma de afrontar la pandemia en el Hospital Universitario de Guadalajara, y como poder prevenir de situaciones parecidas en un futuro.

[EN] This work is about a is a research project where the level of stress in the Nursing staff and in the Hospital Universitario de Guadalajara in the emergency and ICU services will be evaluated. Being a descriptive cross- sectional study. Where we can check the stress suffered and job satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic. As well as comparing these units where the staff was more exhausted and the main causes of this exhaustion. This project could be considered to see how it has failed in terms of how to face the pandemic at the Guadalajara University Hospital, and how to prevent similar situations in the future.
