Resumen
El Geomarketing se presenta como una herramienta valiosa para la toma de decisiones relativas a diversos aspectos de un negocio. Así, saber dónde están los posibles clientes, dónde está la competencia, como se comporta el mercado, entre otras, son respuestas que pueden proporcionar las técnicas del marketing espacial.
Este trabajo aplicará diversas técnicas de Geomarketing para definir la localización óptima para la apertura de un nuevo restaurante de comida saludable llamado Cocina Transversal en la ciudad Jaén (Jaén, Andalucía, España).
El objetivo general es analizar la aplicación de estudios de geomarketing en la localización de comercios, solución de negocio y estrategia de mercados. La aplicación de las técnicas se extenderá desde antes de la apertura, para definir las zonas óptimas y después de elegido también, realizando estudios sobre el punto comercial exacto.
Geomarketing is therefore a valuable tool for making decisions regarding various aspects of a business. Thus, knowing where potential customers are, where the competition is, how the market behaves, the best distribution routes, among others, are answers that can be provided by spatial marketing techniques. This paper will apply several Geomarketing techniques to define the optimal location for the opening of a new health food restaurant called Cocina Transversal in the city of Jaén (Jaén, Andalusia, Spain). The general objective is to analyse the application of Geomarketing studies in business location, business solution and market strategy. The application of the techniques will be extended to before the opening, to define the optimal areas, and also after having chosen a location, carrying out studies on the exact commercial point.
