Resumen
[ES]El objetivo de este trabajo es profundizar en el conocimiento y la relación existente entre la fibrilación auricular y la ingesta de anticoagulantes orales. Así mismo compararemos los diferentes tipos de anticoagulantes orales y analizaremos las estrategias que el personal enfermero realiza para fomentar la adherencia al tratamiento.
Surge tras la observación en los servicios de Atención primaria de gran cantidad de personas con dicha patología que acudían diariamente a control.
El siguiente documento se va a estructurar en función de tres objetivos que serán definidos posteriormente y establecidos de acuerdo a la información analizada y encontrada.
Respecto a la metodología, se trata de una revisión bibliográfica de los diferentes documentos encontrados y analizados en 6 bases de datos diferentes. Los resultados muestran mayores ventajas en aquellos usuarios que precisan de los nuevos anticoagulantes. En relación al personal de Enfermería, las técnicas educativas y de comportamiento son las estrategias que mayores logros han conseguido en relación a la adherencia.
[EN] The aim of this work is to deepen the knowledge and the relationship between atrial fibrillation and intake of oral anticoagulants. Also we compare the different types of oral anticoagulants and analyze the strategies that nurses done to encourage adherence to treatment. The observation after and during the practices in primary care services awakeness in me a curiosity based on many people with this disease who came daily to control. The following document will be structured according to three objectives that will later be defined and established according to the information analyzed and found. Regarding the methodology is a literature review of various documents found and analyzed in 6 different databases. The results show greater advantages in those users who need new ancicoagulants. Regarding the nursing staff, educational and behavioral techniques are the strategies that have achieved greater adherence to treatment.
