Resumen
[ES] La violencia de género es un problema de salud mundial reconocido por la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS). Las altas cifras de mortalidad y morbilidad hacen ver el impacto que tiene en la salud pública, por lo que la actuación de la enfermería es fundamental. El objetivo general de este trabajo es conocer cuál es el papel de la enfermería ante la violencia de género como profesional de salud, realizo una revisión sistemática narrativa fundamentada en una búsqueda en bases de datos nacionales e internacionales. Los resultados obtenidos se han clasificado en el origen de la violencia de género, las consecuencias en la salud de las víctimas y en la actuación enfermera: actitudes, formación, detección del problema, barreras en la atención y prevención del problema. La conclusión general: está clara la actuación enfermera, evidenciándose la falta formación del personal de enfermería y de investigaciones científicas enfermera.
